We are looking for a polite and confident Counsellor who can guide patients about skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. The counsellor will explain treatment plans, packages, and costs, and help patients make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Counsel patients about skin, hair, and cosmetic treatments
Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and expected results
Discuss treatment packages, pricing, and EMI options
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
Handle patient queries and follow-ups
Maintain patient records and confidentiality
Ensure high patient satisfaction and conversion
Required Skills : Positive communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Patient handling and convincing skills
Polite, professional, and empathetic behavior
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM preferred)
Eligibility Criteria: Graduate or equivalent qualification
Experience in counselling, healthcare, or sales preferred
Freshers with good communication skills may apply
Working Hours: As per clinic schedule
Salary & Benefits: Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
