We are hiring Inside Sales Executives who will be responsible for handling inbound leads, explaining our services to customers, and converting enquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, website leads)
- Explain company services clearly and confidently
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain basic customer records
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are most welcome
- Good communication skills (Bengali mandatory, Hindi/English basic)
- Basic knowledge of smartphones & WhatsApp
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
