Job Summary : The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for balancing clinical duties with administrative leadership. The role ensures high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision and mentoring of Duty Medical Officers (DMOs), while acting as a critical link between hospital administration and medical staff.

Job description & Job Requirements :

- Balancing the duties of a DMOs with that of an administrator.
- Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of medical care.
- Being responsible for the performance of DMOs under your supervision.
- Ensuring that all healthcare regulations and safety standards are met.
- Keeping staff updated on current healthcare regulations.
- Finding ways to improve clinical services.




- Liaising between the administration and medical staff.
- Mentoring DMOs.

Educational Qualifications :

- MBBS (mandatory)
- MD / DNB / Diploma (Family Medicine or equivalent preferred)

Licensing :

- Valid medical license with relevant medical council

Experience :

- Minimum 2-7 years of clinical experience , preferably in a corporate hospital or organized healthcare setting .
- Prior experience in hospital administration or supervisory roles preferred

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
