Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Track project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and project governance.
- Resolve project issues, remove roadblocks, and support team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior management to align projects with strategic business goals.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, or team leadership.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing enterprise-level or global projects.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of business process improvement and change management methodologies.
- Experience working in IT, software development, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, or consulting environments.
- Experience with data analysis and project reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
