We are looking for an experienced IT Manager / Software Manager from the Logistics Industry to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities: Provide software training to new employees Monitor and verify software data accuracy Handle software administration and user support Troubleshoot basic desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues Coordinate with teams for smooth software operations and implementation Ensure proper system usage and compliance across departments
Requirements : ✔ Prior experience in the Logistics Industry is mandatory ✔ Robust knowledge of logistics software and operational workflows ✔ Experience in user training and software support ✔ Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ✔ Strong communication and team management abilities
