Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily operational activities and field operations
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth workflow
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain project records, documentation, and data management
- Support manpower deployment and operational planning
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks
- Handle communication and follow-up with departments and field staff
- Monitor inventory, assets, and operational resources when required
- Assist in resolving operational issues and improving efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline




- 1-3 years of experience in operations or administration
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel or work in field conditions if required

Preferred Skills

- Experience in project coordination or field operations
- Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently
- Team-oriented and responsible attitude
