About the Property

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities1. Estate Operations

- Assist in managing daily operations of the estate including villas, clubhouse, and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and gardening teams.
- Ensure estate facilities are clean, safe, and well maintained.

1. Maintenance & Infrastructure

- Monitor maintenance of villas, clubhouse facilities, and utility systems.
- Coordinate repairs with vendors and maintenance staff.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, amenities, and landscape areas.

- Vendor & Staff Coordination

- Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, supplies, and services.
- Ensure compliance with property management standards.

- Resident & Guest Support

- Address concerns or service requests from villa owners and guests.
- Support clubhouse operations including events, bookings, and guest experiences.
- Maintain service quality and hospitality standards.

- Administrative Work

- Maintain maintenance logs and operational records.




- Assist in inventory management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Support management with reports and operational updates.

- Safety & Compliance

- Ensure safety procedures and emergency protocols are followed.
- Monitor security systems and coordinate with the security team.
- Ensure compliance with property management policies.

Required Skills :

- Basic understanding of estate management / facility management :

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Ability to supervise staff and vendors

- Problem-solving and multitasking ability

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / reporting)

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Facility Management / Business Administration / Engineering preferred
- Diploma in Hospitality or Facility Management also acceptable
