IT EXECUTIVE - ZING RESTAURANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

Role Overview

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across restaurant outlets and corporate offices. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing IT solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- System & Network Management Install, configure, and maintain servers, POS systems, desktops, and mobile devices.
- Monitor network performance and ensure secure connectivity across outlets.
- Data & Security Ensure data backup, recovery, and protection against cyber threats.
- Implement IT security policies and monitor compliance.
- Software & Applications Support ERP, CRM, and restaurant management systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency.




- Assist in digital transformation initiatives (online ordering, mobile apps, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Diploma in related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or system administration (hospitality/retail preferred).
- Solid knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and databases.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets simultaneously.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
