Reports To: Managing Director / Chairman / Board of Directors
The Medical Superintendent shall be responsible for clinical governance, hospital administration, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, patient care quality, medical staff coordination, and strategic business transformation initiatives aimed at improving occupancy, revenue, service quality, and institutional growth.
Summary:
- Oversee overall clinical and hospital operations ensuring productive patient care and smooth interdepartmental coordination.
- Monitor daily functioning of OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, Emergency, and hospital occupancy management.
- Drive hospital growth through business development, referral networking, service expansion, and patient engagement initiatives.
- Improve revenue performance by optimizing operations, controlling leakages, and enhancing departmental productivity.
Preferred Qualification
- MBBS mandatory
- MD/MS/MHA/MBA Hospital Administration preferred
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
- Experience in hospital growth, operational restructuring, or business transformation preferred
Pay: From ₹120,000.00 per month
