Job Title : Tender Executive

Job Purpose

The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying, preparing, submitting, and tracking tenders/RFQs/RFPs from government, PSU, institutional, and large corporate clients for packaging products. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance, competitive pricing coordination, and timely submission to secure new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new tender opportunities through government portals, e-procurement platforms, and client communications.
- Study tender documents and evaluate technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with production, costing, quality, and logistics teams to prepare techno-commercial bids.
- Prepare and submit tenders (online/offline) within stipulated timelines.
- Ensure compliance with EMD, BG, PBG, statutory documents, certifications, and eligibility criteria.
- Handle pre-bid queries, clarifications, and attend pre-bid meetings when required.
- Track tender status, follow up with clients,



and support negotiations till order finalization.
- Maintain a tender tracker and database for submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Assist in rate contracts, empanelment, and vendor registrations.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of tender documents and pricing.
- Support sales and business development teams in expanding institutional accounts.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and e-procurement portals
- Understanding of packaging materials (HDPE, LDPE, PET, PP, BOPP, corrugated boxes, laminates, etc.)
- Costing and pricing coordination skills
- Good documentation and compliance management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals
- Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Engineering / Packaging Technology
- Diploma or certification in procurement or tender management preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
