Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Instruction :

- Deliver lectures, seminars, and practical workshops in classrooms, labs, and clinical settings.

- Use diverse teaching methods like case studies, simulations, and group activities.

- Supervise students during clinical rotations, ensuring adherence to standards.

- Curriculum & Assessment :

- Develop, review, and update nursing course materials and syllabi.

- Create and administer exams, assignments, and clinical evaluations.

- Maintain student records and anecdotal notes on performance.

- Student Support & Mentoring :

- Provide academic advising and career guidance.

- Act as a role model in clinical and classroom settings.

- Offer counselling and support for student welfare.

- Research & Career development :

- Conduct scholarly research and publish findings.

- Stay current with nursing advancements through continuing education.





- Participate in professional organizations and conferences.

- Administration & Collaboration :

- Serve on college committees (e.g., curriculum, admissions).

- Collaborate with faculty, healthcare professionals, and community partners.

- Assist with organizing extracurricular and community service activities.

Essential Qualifications (General)

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (BSc/MSc).
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Significant clinical nursing experience.
- Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
