Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Sales Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads and enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, quotations, delivery timelines, and technical requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, commercial proposals, and other sales documents.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Service, Purchase and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Visit customers and project sites as required.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records and update the sales pipeline.
- Support the senior sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.




- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Travel within India as required for customer meetings and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical understanding of engineering products/machinery.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Ability to understand technical drawings/product specifications will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, Machinery Sales, Automation, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in industrial machinery / automation / engineering products will be preferred.
- Candidates with good technical knowledge and strong communication skills will be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
