The Role

We're looking for a data-driven, creative Growth Hacker to rapidly scale Kumba's brand presence and audience. You'll run fast experiments across social platforms, find what works, and double down on it. If you live and breathe Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, and can show real follower and engagement growth you've driven, we'd love to meet you.

- Social media marketing across platforms: Plan, create, and manage high-performing content and campaigns on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, tailored to each platform's culture and algorithm.
- Audience and engagement growth: Significantly grow followers, reach, and engagement through organic strategies, community building, collaborations, and paid amplification.
- Growth experimentation: Design, run, and analyze rapid A/B tests on content formats, hooks, posting cadence, hashtags, CTAs, and funnels. Scale what works and drop what doesn't.
- Performance analytics: Track KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, video views, click-throughs, and conversions.



Report on insights and recommend next steps.
- Trend and content strategy: Stay ahead of social trends, formats, and platform updates, and turn them into timely, on-brand content.
- Influencer and partnership marketing: Identify and manage creators, influencers, and brand partnerships that expand Kumba's reach.
- Conversion and funnel optimization: Turn social audiences into leads, sign-ups, and customers through optimized landing pages, link strategies, and lead magnets.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with design, product, sales, and content teams to keep messaging consistent and campaigns aligned with business goals.

- Proven track record of significantly growing followers and engagement for a brand or account on social media (please share examples and metrics)
- Strong hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Experience running growth experiments and making decisions from data
- Proficiency with analytics and social tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics)
- Solid understanding of short-form video, storytelling, and content that converts
- Solid Email marketing experience and customer engagement and conversion is important (not CRM or customer support)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience in growing AI, SaaS Platforms is key
- Experience with paid social advertising and budget management
- Basic video editing or design skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
