Lamppost Digital is offering a paid Video Editing Internship for students and freshers who want practical experience in editing social media and marketing videos.
The intern will work with our team, receive direction and complete real video assignments for different brands and business sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in editing reels, short videos and promotional content.
- Trim footage and add captions, music and transitions.
- Create basic visual effects and text animations.
- Resize videos for different social media platforms.
- Follow editing references and creative instructions.
- Maintain project files and exported versions.
- Complete learning exercises and assigned production work.
- Make corrections based on feedback from the team.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
- Interest in video editing, storytelling and social media content.
- Basic understanding of video resolution and aspect ratios.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet agreed timelines.
- Willingness to learn recent editing techniques.
- Availability to attend the internship from our Trichy office.
College students and freshers can apply. Professional experience is not required. Applicants may submit personal edits, college projects, practice videos or social media work as samples.
