About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accounts & Audit Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, financial records, audit preparation and coordination with our external Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Handle Tally Prime accounting entries
- Prepare and verify ledgers
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales and purchase reconciliation
- GST data preparation and coordination
- TDS calculation and compliance support
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Coordinate with external Chartered Accountant/auditor
- Prepare documents required for statutory and tax audits
- Check invoices, expenses and supporting documents
- Identify accounting errors and discrepancies
- Maintain proper financial documentation
- Support management with basic financial reports and analysis
- Ensure accounting records are updated on time
Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts/audit
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
- Positive knowledge of GST and TDS
- Good Excel skills
- Experience working in a CA/audit firm is preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have previously worked in a Chartered Accountant office, audit firm or company accounts department are preferred.
CA/CMA/CS qualification is not mandatory for this position.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on skills and experience.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
