Qualifications:
- Any Graduate.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory).
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM Knowledge).
- Confident, persuasive, and patient personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong listening skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company product & services clearly.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and clients details.
- Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate services
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
