We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy individual to manage customer enquiries, CRM updates, property listings, and basic digital operations for our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Instagram & Lead Management
- Monitor enquiries and leads received through the company’s Instagram account.
- Add and update leads in the company CRM with accurate customer details.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper lead status.
- Coordinate and manage property-related enquiries received through social media.
2. Customer Calling & Follow-ups
- Make calls to customers who have shown interest in our properties.
- Understand the customer's requirements and provide relevant property information.
- Follow up with potential customers regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses in the CRM.
3. Website & Property Management
- Upload new properties and update existing property listings on our website.
- Manage enquiries received through the website.
- Use the website's admin panel/CRM to track and manage customer enquiries.
- Keep property information, pricing, images,
and other details updated.
4. Website Content & Blog Management
- Upload blogs and basic content to the website through the admin panel.
- Ensure that uploaded content is properly formatted and published correctly.
- Regularly check the website for outdated or missing information.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and calling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media.
- Comfortable using CRM software and web-based admin panels.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up with leads.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, telecalling, CRM management, or digital operations will be an advantage.
