Recruit and onboard current Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Build and maintain a strong agency advisor network.
Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
Generate health insurance business through advisors and referrals.
Required Candidate profile
1+ year experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI Sales(Any sales)
Experience in Agency Channel preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
