Beverage Preparation & Service

- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and beers
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, and pairings
- Engage with guests in a professional and personalized manner

Guest Experience

- Create a welcoming and sophisticated bar atmosphere
- Anticipate guest preferences and deliver personalized service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and courteously

Bar Operations

- Set up and break down the bar as per operational standards
- Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times
- Operate POS systems accurately and handle billing efficiently

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor stock levels and place requisitions as required




- Minimize wastage and follow standard pour controls
- Assist in stock counts and inventory management

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and legal requirements
- Maintain proper grooming and bar safety standards

Teamwork & Support

- Coordinate with service staff and supervisors for smooth operations
- Assist in training junior bartenders or bar assistants when required
- Support special events, promotions, and themed nights

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
