We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing gym interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site execution, contractor coordination, quality checking, and project monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day site execution activities.
- Execute civil and interior works as per approved drawings and standards.
- Read and understand civil/interior drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor work quality, materials, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project activities.
- Prepare and monitor daily site progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Travel to different project sites as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Good knowledge of civil and interior execution works.
- Strong understanding of drawings, measurements, and site procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
