We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Science TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) to join our academic team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with specific experience teaching Grade 10 students.

The candidate should have a strong command of Social Science, excellent teaching skills, and a thorough understanding of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies to effectively engage students and support their academic growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, Education, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with Grade 10 students.
- Robust knowledge of the CBSE Social Science curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong understanding of History, Geography, Political Science/Civics, and Economics.
- Proven track record of effective teaching, student engagement, and academic performance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and classroom management skills.
- Experience in preparing students for CBSE Board examinations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Social Science lessons for Grade 10 students in accordance with CBSE guidelines.
- Teach and explain concepts from History, Geography, Political Science/Civics,



and Economics using student-friendly and interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and other learning resources.
- Develop case-based, competency-based, analytical, and application-oriented questions.
- Assess and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Board examinations.
- Help students develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and an understanding of current and historical events.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school activities and academic initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning practices.
