Key Responsibilities

· Review client documents and organize financial information for accurate tax preparation.

· Support tax returns preparation under supervision.

· Process payroll information and assist with payroll tax filings.

· Assist with sales tax calculations, returns, and payments.

· Maintain books of accounts, post transactions, and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.

· Prepare financial statements and management reports.

· Track filing deadlines and maintain accurate records across tax, payroll, and accounting assignments.

Qualifications and Skills

· Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Experience in U.S. accounting, tax preparation, sales tax, or payroll is a plus.

· Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting, tax, or payroll software.

· Experience with US payroll or tax Software,



or similar platforms is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time management.

· Willingness to learn and handle varied assignments across the firm’s services.

· Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA or CA Drop-Outs

Expected Start Date: Immediate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
