Job SummarySmart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – In-House Sales to lead and manage the internal sales team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily sales activities, driving customer acquisition, improving lead conversion, monitoring team performance, and ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve business objectives.

- Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate the in-house sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Target Achievement: Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure timely achievement of assigned objectives.
- Lead Generation: Guide the team in generating leads through outbound calling, online research, customer databases, and other channels.
- Sales Conversion: Monitor the sales pipeline, improve conversion rates, and help team members convert prospective customers into active clients.
- New Client Acquisition:



Develop strategies to acquire current customers and expand the company's customer base.
- Call Monitoring: Monitor calling activities, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance to maintain productivity.
- Training & Development: Train team members on product knowledge, sales pitches, objection handling, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Performance Tracking: Review individual and team performance regularly and take corrective action to improve results.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure professional communication, timely follow-ups, and effective handling of customer enquiries.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, call reports, and daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with management, dispatch, accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, customer retention, repeat business, and overall team productivity.
- Management Reporting: Report sales performance, target achievements, challenges, and business opportunities to management.
