Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Understand the cooking process, especially steaming ready-made momos with the correct cooking time and temperature.
- Deep-fry French fries and frozen food items, including fish, chicken, and momos.
- Prepare and serve momo soup and chutney while maintaining proper taste and quality.
- Chop vegetables and prepare ingredients required for momo soup and other food items.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and counter sales accurately.
- Take customer orders at the counter, generate bills, collect payments, and ensure correct order delivery.
- Attend to customers politely and professionally, answer basic menu-related questions, and provide good customer service.
- Maintain accurate billing records and handle cash responsibly.
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Follow customer orders accurately and serve food on time.
- Keep the cooking area, steamer, fryer, utensils, and serving counter clean and organized.
- Handle food, ingredients, cash, and kitchen equipment carefully.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and a positive attitude.




- Take responsibility for assigned duties and report low stock or shortages promptly.
- Follow the owner's instructions and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience in a momo shop, quick-food stall, QSR, or food counter is preferred.
- Must understand basic steaming, deep-frying, and food preparation.
- Must be comfortable handling billing, counter sales, and customer orders.
- Basic knowledge of billing machines or POS systems is an advantage.
- Must be honest, hardworking, hygienic, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Must be able to handle cash and digital payments carefully.
- Must work efficiently during busy hours and follow instructions.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and willing to handle both kitchen and counter duties.
