Team Management & Development

- Manage, mentor, and guide the operations team to achieve departmental goals.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure productivity and accountability.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Tour Planning & Itinerary Oversight

- Review and approve tour itineraries ensuring quality, feasibility, and profitability.
- Ensure customization aligns with client expectations, market trends, and company objectives.
- Monitor pricing strategies and ensure competitive and cost-effective packages.

Vendor & Partner Management

- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key vendors, partners,



and service providers.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards and contractual terms.

Quality Control & Customer Experience

- Ensure seamless tour execution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations, critical issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall experience.

Reporting & Strategic Planning

- Prepare and present operational reports, performance metrics, and cost analysis to senior management.
- Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business growth through operational planning and expansion strategies.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
