We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us expand our customer base and drive business growth.

- ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- ? Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business leads through calls, references, online platforms and other sources.
- Identify and connect with potential Corporate & Government clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable IT products and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Convert leads and inquiries into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- ? Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Coordinate with clients regarding product requirements, quotations and orders.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients.

- ? Marketing & Coordination
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research new markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales/technical team.




- Maintain updated records of leads, customers and follow-ups using MS Excel/CRM.
- Share regular sales and follow-up reports with the reporting manager.

? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for candidates who are:

- Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome with valuable communication skills
- Experienced candidates from Sales, Marketing, B2B Sales or IT Sales are preferred
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
- Good at convincing, negotiation and follow-up
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good in Hindi with basic English communication
- Familiar with MS Excel, Email & Internet
- Willing to learn and grow in the IT Sales industry

? SALARY & CAREER GROWTHSalary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month

The final salary will be decided based on experience, communication skills, knowledge and interview performance.
