About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team at HomeTriangle. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with service professionals, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Assist customers with service bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with service professionals to ensure timely service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to collect feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.




- Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain service quality standards.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in English and Hindi or Kannada.
- Solid problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a BPO role is preferred.
- Candidate ProfileExperience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience.
- Education: Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Work Location: Bangalore.
- Work Environment: Customer-focused, fast-paced service industry.
