Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-centric Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our team in Noida Sector 58. In this role, you will handle a blended process (managing both voice calls and non-voice channels like chat/email) to assist customers, resolve queries, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Support: Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and log interaction details in the CRM system.
- Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs, including first-time resolution (FTR), average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Escalation Handling:



Identify complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass) in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in an international or domestic BPO / Customer Service environment (experience in a blended process is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computers, internet browsing, typing speed (minimum 30 WPM), and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to rotational shifts (if applicable).
