Job Overview:

Paintkart is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as App Training & App Downloads Executives.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the Paintkart mobile application, helping customers download and register on the app, and guiding them on how to use it to conveniently purchase paints and related products.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in field sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned paint shops, retail stores, customer locations, and designated market areas.
- Promote the Paintkart mobile application and explain its features, perks, and ordering process.
- Assist customers with downloading, installing, and registering on the app.
- Provide basic app demonstrations and guide users through the ordering process.
- Encourage customers to place orders through the app and increase active user engagement.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with shop owners, painters, contractors, and customers.




- Conduct on-ground promotional activities to increase app downloads and registrations.
- Maintain daily reports of customer visits, app downloads, registrations, and other assigned activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets set by the management.

Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, customer visits, and market-level promotional activities.
- Confident in explaining products and services to customers.
- Self-motivated, punctual, and target-oriented.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, marketing, field promotion, or customer service will be an added advantage.
