- Minimum 5 years of experience in tile adhesive, tile grout, BJM, or construction chemical sales.
- Robust dealer and distributor network preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
- Experience in Gujarat’s construction chemical market will be an advantage.
