- Supervise and execute excavation, mass earthwork, cutting, filling, and backfilling activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with surveyors and site teams for layout, levels, measurements, and quantity verification.
- Monitor daily work progress, manpower, heavy machinery utilization, and excavation targets.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, proper material disposal, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), measurement sheets, quantity statements, and documentation for RA bills.
