We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative candidates to join as Tele Counsellors. The role involves connecting with prospective students, introducing them to Frankfinn’s courses, and encouraging interested candidates to attend free career counselling sessions.
- ? Job DetailsQualification: Minimum 12th Pass (result must be available); graduates and undergraduates are eligible.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of work experience.
- Age Limit: 18–34 years.
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Language Requirements: Basic English and fluent Telugu.
- Preferred Experience: Outbound telecalling, lead generation, or counselling.
- ? Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn’s courses.
- Generate leads and encourage interested students to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn institutes.
- Follow up with students to check their visit status and level of interest.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- ⏰ Working ScheduleWorking Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
