Business Development Executive (BDE) / Business Development Associate

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify market opportunities, pitch products or services, and convert prospects into long-term accounts

Core Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Research and identify new business leads through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and digital platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Pitch company products or services to prospective B2B or B2C clients and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proposals & Contracts: Draft business proposals, prepare sales decks,



and negotiate contract terms.
- Market Research: Analyze competitor activity, industry trends, and target audience needs to refine sales strategies.
- CRM Tracking: Log and update all prospect interactions, leads, and sales metrics inside a CRM tool.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with solid presentation and pitching abilities.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle objections, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
