Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities, manage workers, monitor production schedules, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of crusher machines and their components.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Plan and monitor daily production activities according to customer orders and delivery schedules.
2. Workforce Management: Supervise workers, welders, fitters, machinists, and other production staff.
3. Machine Manufacturing: Coordinate fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and finishing activities for crusher machines and components.
4. Quality Control: Ensure that all manufactured parts and assemblies meet the required specifications and quality standards.
5. Production Monitoring: Track daily production targets, identify delays, and take corrective action.
6. Material Management: Coordinate with the stores and purchase departments to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
7. Safety Compliance:



Ensure workers follow factory safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
8. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate preventive maintenance and report machine breakdowns to the maintenance team.
9. Documentation: Maintain daily production reports, worker attendance, material consumption records, and rejection reports.
10. Coordination: Work closely with design, quality, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth production.
11. Cost Control: Minimize material wastage, rework, and unnecessary production expenses.
12. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and manufacturing efficiency.

- Qualifications- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or heavy engineering industries.
- Experience in crusher manufacturing, industrial machinery, or equipment fabrication is preferred.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, and mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good production planning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industrial safety and quality standards.
- Basic computer skills for production reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
