Experience: 6–8 years in the security or facilities management industry
Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000 per month + Conveyance + Mobile Allowance + Incentives
Requirement: Two-wheeler mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage security guards, gunmen, supervisors, housekeeping staff, nurses, patient care staff, and other manpower.
- Monitor and supervise deployed manpower daily.
- Inspect CCTV cameras, registers, electronic equipment, and fire safety equipment at client sites.
- Provide on-the-job training and conduct briefings and debriefings for security personnel.
- Conduct surprise site visits and night inspections.
