Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers at their given locations.
- Explain the company's loan resolution and settlement-related services.
- Follow up with customers regarding their queries and requirements.
- Collect and verify relevant customer documents, as authorized.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with the office team for case updates and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Two-wheeler will be preferred, if required for the role.
