We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic TELEGU Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, and assist customers with their queries. The candidate should have valuable communication skills and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries.
- Explain products, services, offers, and other relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when required.
