Salary Package:
- Customer Support: Up to ₹40,000 per month
- Travel Sales: Up to ₹60,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO/travel process experience is mandatory.
- Experience in domestic and international travel processes is preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- GDS knowledge is an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in travel support, flight bookings, reservations, ticketing, and travel sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international travel-related customer queries.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Manage customer support queries and provide effective resolutions.
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and travel package recommendations.
