We are looking for a Hardware Support Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of biometric Attendance and Access Control systems at customer sites.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic hardware installation, cable laying, device mounting, networking, and field troubleshooting, along with valuable customer-handling skills
Job Role:
Installation and configuration of biometric devices, readers, controllers, locks, and accessories.
Device mounting, cable laying, wiring, and LAN crimping.
Troubleshooting hardware, power, communication, and connectivity issues.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers.
Conduct site surveys and assist in product testing and customer training.
Prepare installation and service reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical issue resolution.rtments for accurate redressal.
· Knowledge on ticket management system.
