Designation: Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international travel.
- Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel options.
- Provide quotations, itineraries, and travel-related information.
- Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
- Maintain customer records and booking details accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely support and communication.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel bookings and tourism.
- Positive convincing and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
