About the CompanyINDEX DIRECT PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in financial services and investment product distribution. We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, generate business leads, and promote our investment and financial products.

1. Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
2. Explain investment products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Term Insurance, Health Insurance, and other financial products within the company's authorized scope.
3. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
4. Follow up with interested customers and convert potential leads into business opportunities.
5. Explain the basic features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and risks of investment products accurately.
6. Maintain daily call records, customer details, follow-up schedules, and lead status in the company's CRM.
7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and business targets.
8. Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer conversion and business growth.
9. Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
10. Follow applicable company policies, customer privacy requirements, and financial product distribution regulations.

- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.




- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Confidence in explaining financial products to customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to handle customer objections and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); graduates preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may apply.
- Experience in telecalling, banking, insurance, mutual funds, or financial services will be an advantage.
