? Handle inbound customer calls

? Resolve customer queries & complaints

? Deliver excellent customer service

*Shift Timings* :

? Female: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

? Male: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift)

*Work Schedule* :

✅ 5 Days Working

? 2 Rotational Week Offs

? 1 Week Off During Training

? *Salary* :

Fresher (0-11 months exp) - 19k in-hand

Exp- (12+ months) 21.8k inhand
