### About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage our Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts end-to-end, including product listings, catalog management, order processing, inventory updates, account health, and sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplace seller accounts independently.

### Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

- Create new product listings, upload catalogs, and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images.

- Manage product variations, pricing, inventory, and SKU updates.

- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, cancellations, returns, and replacements.

- Monitor account health, listing errors, suppressed listings, and policy violations.

- Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, photography, and dispatch teams.

- Manage promotions, deals, and marketplace advertising campaigns where required.

- Track sales performance, product visibility, returns, and inventory movement.





- Resolve marketplace tickets and operational issues.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, orders, inventory, and account performance.

- Ensure smooth end-to-end marketplace operations and timely execution of all tasks.

### Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of practical experience handling Amazon and Flipkart accounts.

- Good knowledge of Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

- Experience in product listing, catalog uploads, listing optimization, and account management.

- Understanding of marketplace policies, order management, returns, and inventory reconciliation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Ability to work independently and manage daily marketplace operations efficiently.

- Experience in watches, sunglasses, fashion accessories, or lifestyle products will be an advantage.

### Preferred Candidate

*Candidates residing near Mangolpuri Industrial Area, Rohini, Sultanpuri, Nangloi, or nearby locations will be preferred* for ease of commuting and long-term stability.
