- Job ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a team of 10–15 Field Executives across the assigned location.
- Handle NPA (Non-Performing Asset) cases and written-off loan accounts associated with Slice Small Finance Bank.
- Monitor field operations and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned cases.
- Guide and motivate Field Executives to achieve collection and recovery targets.
- Track team performance and submit regular reports to management.
- Ensure qualified conduct and compliance with company policies during field visits and recovery activities.
