Job Description – Civil Engineer

*Salary:* ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

*Job Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the site.

- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and other team members.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- Check construction materials and maintain quality and safety standards.

- Prepare site reports and maintain records of daily work progress.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.

*Required Qualifications & Skills:*

- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil engineering or construction site work.

- Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering; both qualifications are acceptable.

- Basic knowledge of construction drawings, site supervision, and civil engineering practices.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and work responsibly.
