Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns through calls, chats, emails, and other support channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, bookings, and processes.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions with guidance from the team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
- Meet defined customer service and response-time targets.
- Learn company processes,
products, and customer support procedures.
Requirements
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- PUC or above qualification; a degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong fluency and confidence in spoken English.
- Positive interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates interested in building a long-term career in Customer Support and Operations are preferred.
