KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and monitor RPVC pipe manufacturing machines as per SOP and production plan.

• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, cooling and other machine settings.

• Ensure proper raw-material feeding and smooth production with minimum wastage and rejection.

• Check product dimensions, appearance and process quality; report deviations immediately.

• Carry out machine start-up, shutdown and changeover activities as per SOP.

• Maintain production/process records and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams.

• Identify abnormal machine/process conditions and promptly inform the Supervisor/Manager.

• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, PPE and all safety requirements in the production area.

• Support reduction of machine downtime, material wastage and quality rejection.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager – Production.

Industry Experience 1–5 Years | RPVC/PVC / Plastic Processing
