We are looking for a confident, professional, and enthusiastic Sales Executive with excellent English-speaking and communication skills, Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage client inquiries through chat and email processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and email.
- Communicate with international clients professionally.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Prepare quotations, sales presentations, and related documents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports using Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent English-speaking and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and skilled presentation skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- A qualified attitude with strong organizational skills.
