- Assist the Chinese Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Help with the preparation of Chinese dishes as per the chef’s instructions.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items and kitchen ingredients.
- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Follow food safety standards and kitchen hygiene guidelines.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Chinese kitchen or restaurant is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese food preparation will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in kitchen work may also apply.
