Job OverviewFreechargeBiz is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager for its Gold Loan Division in Andul, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan sales, generating business, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

- Roles and ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve business targets for the Gold Loan Division.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels.
- Explain gold loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Handle customer enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase gold loan business.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.
- Maintain customer records and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in gold loan sales is mandatory.
- Solid communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sales, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
